Policies

 All treatment times include assessment, evaluation, treatment and patient education as well as administration time. That said, a 60 min session means 60 minutes of OUR TIME, not hands-on time!

**IMPORTANT!: All appointments start on time. Late arrivals may have their session shortened, in the event that we are not able to extend your appointment time. However,  please understand that this session will nonetheless have regular charges applied.

We accept  direct billing, cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard as payment methods.

Cancellations, Late Cancelations and No-Shows

A client is given 15 minutes, before being considered as a “no-show” when said client has failed to communicate that he/she is being delayed.

Appointments rescheduled 24 hours or less before said appointment shall incur a $65.00+ HST charge.

Missed appointments (no-shows) shall incur a fee equal to the value or the missed service, without exceptio

Payment & Receipts

Payment is due in full on the day that massage therapy services are provide. A receipt will be provided upon receipt of payment for the amount due for the service received on the day of treatment.

Direct Billing (E-claims)

We are now set up for direct billing for massage therapy treatments to most insurance companies.  This means if you have insurance coverage we can bill your insurance company directly for payment, and you only have to pay the small portion that is not covered!

PLEASE NOTE:  Everyone’s insurance policy is different.  In some cases, your provider does not pay the clinic directly.  In this case, we can process your claim for you, but you will be asked to pay for your treatment in full. You will then receive reiembursement directly from your insurance company.

We are unable to guarantee approval of claims with every client and at every appointment due to issues with individuals benefit plan, their balance, problems with the submission portal, or in cases where direct billing is not approved by an insurance company. Please refer to the list of insurance companies eligible for this service.
